Agreement and who we are

These terms apply to your use of SLYFF, operated at slyff.com, and purchases from our store, based in Ontario, Canada (“we” or “us”). Please read them before creating an account or ordering. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information. Questions can be sent to support@slyff.com.

Eligibility

You must have reached the age of majority where you live, or have your parent’s or legal guardian’s consent and supervision, to use an account or order. If you act for someone else, you must have permission to bind them to the purchase. Our service is not directed at children under 16.

Accounts

Provide accurate information and keep your contact and delivery details current. Protect your password and any linked Google account. You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account; tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. We may restrict accounts used for fraud, abuse or other breaches of these terms. Contact support if you need help accessing or closing an account.

Custom designs and uploads

You keep ownership of your artwork. By uploading it, you confirm that you own it or have all rights and permissions needed for us and our print partner to use it for your order, including permission for any names, likenesses, logos or other protected material it contains.

You grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to store, reproduce, prepare and print your artwork for your order, share it with the print partner for fulfilment, and display it back to you in your account. This licence does not give us ownership or permission to sell your artwork as our house design. Storage and deletion are described in our Privacy Policy.

We may refuse artwork or cancel and refund an order involving infringing, hateful, illegal or sexually explicit content. You are responsible, to the extent permitted by law, for claims and losses caused by your uploads violating another person’s rights or the law. This does not make you responsible for our own misconduct.

Rights holders can report suspected infringement to support@slyff.com. Identify the original work, the material at issue and its location, explain your rights, and include contact details and supporting information so we can investigate.

Our designs and intellectual property

SLYFF branding, house designs, site content and software belong to us or our licensors. Buying a garment allows you to wear and use that item personally; it does not transfer rights to the design file. House designs are licensed for personal use. You may not extract, copy, resell or commercially reproduce the designs without written permission.

Orders and made-to-order production

Each item is printed to order by our print partner, We Must / the Gelato network. Review your artwork, placement, garment, size, colour and delivery address before submitting. An order acknowledgement confirms receipt; acceptance occurs when we confirm that your order is proceeding to production.

You may request cancellation at support@slyff.com before production starts. Contact us immediately with the order number. Once production begins, we cannot offer change-of-mind cancellation. We may cancel an order for payment failure, unavailable stock, a material pricing error, prohibited artwork or suspected fraud. If we cancel after payment, we will refund the cancelled items and associated charges. Any cancellation rights required by consumer law still apply.

Prices, taxes, coupons and Riot Club rewards

Prices and payments are in Canadian dollars (CAD). Applicable taxes depend on the delivery province or state. The checkout shows item prices, discounts, shipping, taxes and the amount payable before you pay. Your bank may apply currency conversion or other fees.

Promotions and coupons have their stated eligibility rules, limits and expiry dates. Coupons and Riot Club rewards are non-transferable and have no cash value. They cannot be redeemed for cash or combined unless the offer allows it. We may change future offers and rewards rules, with notice where required; changes do not alter a completed order or remove rights protected by law. We may correct errors or withdraw rewards obtained through abuse.

Payment

Stripe processes payments. You authorize the payment amount shown at checkout and confirm that you may use the selected payment method. We never see or store full card numbers. An order may be held or cancelled if payment fails or cannot be verified. Approved refunds go to the original payment method; your payment provider’s processing time may apply.

Shipping and delivery

We ship to Canada and the United States. Production and delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. Availability, artwork checks, carrier delays, weather and customs can affect timing. Provide an accurate, accessible delivery address and contact us quickly about errors. For US deliveries, customs processing, import duties or carrier clearance charges may apply in addition to checkout charges unless we expressly state they are included; you are responsible for those charges where lawful. Contact support about missing or delayed parcels so we can investigate. These estimates do not limit statutory delivery or cancellation rights.

Returns, misprints and defects

Made-to-order items are not returnable for a change of mind. Size exchanges are not offered at launch. Please check the size guide before ordering.

If your item has a misprint or defect, or you received the wrong item, email support@slyff.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo showing the problem. We will review it and arrange a replacement or refund. Contact us before sending an item back so we can provide instructions. This reporting policy is in addition to any remedy or longer period required by consumer law.

Colour and print variation

Screens, lighting and display settings affect colour. Direct-to-garment (DTG) printing can look different across fabric colours, textures and compositions, and small placement or colour variations can occur. On-screen previews are guides to the intended result. These normal differences do not excuse a misprint, defect, wrong item or failure to meet a description or legal quality requirement.

Acceptable use

Do not use the site for unlawful activity, fraudulent orders, harassment, unauthorized access, malicious code, automated abuse or interference with other shoppers. Do not scrape protected content, bypass security or misuse promotions and rewards. We may investigate and restrict access proportionately to protect the service, while honouring any obligations for existing orders.

Disclaimers and limits of liability

We aim to keep the site accurate and available, but cannot promise uninterrupted access or that every technical error will be avoided. To the extent permitted by law, we exclude warranties about the website that are not expressly stated and liability for indirect or consequential losses arising from its use. To that same extent, our liability for a claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

These limits apply only where legally allowed. They do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, or remove mandatory warranties, refunds or other consumer-protection rights, including those of consumers in Quebec. Nothing here requires you to waive a right that the law says cannot be waived.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the applicable laws of Canada, subject to mandatory laws and consumer protections that apply where you live. This choice does not take away protections available to Quebec consumers or require you to bring a claim in a court that applicable consumer law does not permit.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms by publishing a revised version with a new date, and will provide additional notice where required. The terms in effect when you place an order govern that order. Where a change requires your agreement by law, we will ask for it.
